This statement is made on behalf of Total Branded Ltd (“Total Branded”) in accordance with section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out our position on slavery and human trafficking.
Total Branded is a UK supplier of promotional merchandise. We supply a wide range of products, including mugs, pens, bags, clothing, and other branded items that can be customised with logos to promote businesses, organisations, and events.
Founded in 2026, Total Branded is based in Tamworth, with all staff operating from our Tamworth office.
Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. Total Branded has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery in all its forms, including compulsory labour and human trafficking. We have not identified any evidence of modern slavery, but we recognise that the risk exists within complex global supply chains and continue to take proportionate steps to assess and mitigate this. We strive to ensure that it is prevented from occurring within our business and supply chain.
In the UK, we manage modern slavery risk by ensuring that the people we hire have the right to work and that their basic rights as workers are protected. We comply with UK employment laws, including the Working Time Regulations.
Our staff do not fall into any category that could be considered vulnerable to modern slavery in the UK; therefore, our focus regarding slavery and human trafficking is primarily directed towards our supply chain.
We operate with some production and branding managed in-house, and some outsourced to suppliers based in the UK and EU. These suppliers are responsible for the manufacturing and branding of products featuring customers’ logos and messages. This structure enables us to process and fulfil thousands of customer orders each week.
These suppliers may, in turn, source base products or components from a global network of manufacturers. As a result, parts of our extended supply chain operate internationally, with China representing a key sourcing hub at this stage.
Some of our products may also originate from regions such as South and East Asia, Central America, and Africa.
Our supply chain also comprises an additional fourth tier (with Total Branded as the first tier) of suppliers who provide raw materials to the third tier.
Total Branded recognises the importance of maintaining the highest standards of integrity and transparency within its supply chains, ensuring that individuals working within them are not exposed to exploitation. However, we acknowledge that our suppliers may operate within their own complex supply chains, and it is not always practicable for us to have direct oversight or control over the working conditions of every supplier.
We are committed not only to responding appropriately to any instances of modern slavery or human trafficking identified within our operations or supply chain, but also to raising awareness by circulating emails to staff regarding modern slavery, human trafficking, and appropriate courses of action.
