Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to put it right.

Returns window

If you’d like to return an item, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order.

If your order arrives in multiple deliveries, the 30-day period starts on the day you receive the final batch of goods.

How to request a return

To arrange a return, please contact us by telephone or email. We’ll provide:

  • The correct return address
  • Any return instructions you’ll need

Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.

Condition of returned goods

All returned products must be:

  • In their original condition
  • Resaleable when they reach us

If items are returned damaged, marked, or not in a resaleable condition, we may be unable to issue a refund.

Return postage (non-faulty items)

If the goods are not faulty, return shipping is your responsibility.

Printed/personalised items

Because printed items are made to your specifications, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty.

This includes any stock that has been printed or otherwise personalised, as these items cannot be resold.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

Faulty items

If you believe an item is faulty, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 30 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
  • If returned products are deemed damaged and/or unsaleable, we’ll return the goods to you and no refund will be issued.

Print errors

If there is a print error that is determined to be our fault, we will offer either:

A reprint, or

A refund equal to the value of the faulty portion of the order

We may ask for photos of the items before you return them. This helps us confirm the issue and agree the best next step.
